Donna and Michelle Provide an enjoyable tour with great and useful information.
Tara M.

I really enjoyed the tour and learned much more than I anticipated.  It was like a “classroom on wheels” and a great way for someone thinking about possibly purchasing a foreclosed property to learn the ropes.  You and Donna made it a fun, informative day – and three hours well spent!
- Kevin W.

I learned a lot & would recommend the bus tours to anyone interested. The lunch was an unexpected pleasure - it did hit the spot - thank you Lauren.
- Chuck S.

The discussion(s) on the bus (Information etc.) was very valuable information and insight to purchasing a home.

You ladies did a nice job today, especially for the 1st time out!

Very informative, would like to see somewhat 'less' distressed Homes, i.e. doesn't require a lot of re-modeling upgrade. Good sense of humor. Thanks.
- Jesse & Connie S.

I'd be interested in touring again - educational and fun. Great idea. Length of time & number of viewings was perfect. Really appreciated the beverages.

Would be intersted in seeing 'more' distressed homes and tour by school districts. You were extremely informative (Thank you) and enjoyable. We will be referring our friends your way.
- Matt & Kelly B.

Why should someone take this tour?
It is an easy way to see the area. Shopping, different types of neighborhoods, school positioning etc.

Was it informative? What did you learn?
Yes, I learned that short sales, foreclosure and bank owned properties are not a quick turn around process. That surprised me. You would think people (institutions, etc.) would be in a hurry to dispose of these properties. Defies logic...laughing. Nice touch having a mortgage broker, appraiser and home inspector along on tour.

Was it worth 3 hours of your day?
Certainly and I drove up from Cincinnati.

Why would you recommend it?
It is a good way to see properties for sale with a no pressure atmosphere. What you see is what you get. I liked the fact that the Realtors were quite frank about what you are getting into.

What would you want to tell a future passenger?
If you are home hunting, it is a great way to get exposure to neighborhoods even if you are not interested in the foreclosure, short sale, bank owned route. It shows you what neighborhoods are having problems and you can see for yourself if the neighborhood can support the foreclosures or if it will destroy them. Important info for your own investment. Thanks again for the tour and Im looking forward to hearing from both you on my own quest for a home in Grove City area.
